CH-Oil&Gaz LLC Managing company was established in April, 2008 for the purpose of coordinating the oil and gas assets of ALLTECH Group.

In 2007, while developing its oil and gas sector, ALLTECH Group took a decision on development of the second project (after West Siberian Resources) in the FES field. As selected gas direction its priority, a subsidiary of the Group has participated and won the contest by Ministry of Natural Resources for obtaining a license for gas and gas condensate exploration and production at Kumzhinskoe field (Nenets Autonomous Area) and Ust-Silginskoye field (Tomskaya Oblast). Such success in the Ministry’s contest was achieved due to advanced and perspective program of the field development aimed at multiple-vector disclosure of the region potential.

To develop its oil assets ALLTECH Group turned attention to Krasnoyarsky Krai, the region perspective for geologic exploration so that it acquired assets with four licenses for geologic exploration in the following areas: Mukuisko-Egindiysky, Bugarinsky, Yuzhno-Velminsky, and Chandashiminsky, and one license for hydrocarbon exploration and production in Verkhnepitsky area.

In the same year of 2007, ALLTECH Group acquired assets in three areas in the North of Sakhalin: Yuzhnaya Okha, Nekrasovskaya, and Prizalivnaya areas. For each field, the license suggests exploration and production of hydrocarbons.

As a result, the assets of three Russian regions - Krasnoyarsky Krai, Tomskaya Oblast, and Sakhalin Island - shall be coordinated. For this purpose, CH-Oil&Gaz LLC Managing company in operating activities was established.

Within the bounds of strategic partnership between CH-Oil&Gaz LLC and ALLTECH Group subsidiary, CH Invest Company, having the license for Kumzhinskoe field (Nenets Autonomous Area) development, the project of LNG plant construction near Indiga settlement (NAA) is realized.
In year 2009 in open tenders and auctions subsidiaries of ALLTECH Group (included in management system of  “CH Oil&Gaz”) received licenses for geological study, exploration and production of carbons at Kargasoksky-2 licensed area in Tomsk region and Koroviskoe Subsurface Area in Nenets Autonomous District.
In 2010 ALLTECH Group closed a deal for the sale of its assets in Tomsk region.
