Viacheslav A. Pershukov – Chief Executive Officer of CH-Oil&Gaz LLC. Born in 1958 in Magnitka village of Cheljabinsky region. Graduated from Mechanical Mathematics Department of Lomonosov’s Moscow State University. Before being employed by CH-Oil&Gaz he held a post of Vice President of YUKOS, Technical Director of West Siberian Resources, Professor, Doctor of technical sciences.

Victor A. Okorokov – Technical Director of CH-Oil&Gaz LLC. Born in 1957 in Novomoskovsk city of Tulskaya region. Graduated from Moscow Chemical and Technological Institute named by D.I.Mendeleev. He possesses great experience of work with large companies such as GASPROM, Norilsky Nickel, YUKOS. He possesses more than 20 author’s certificates and is a corresponding member of International Academy of Authors of scientific discoveries and inventions, Candidate of technical sciences.

Victor V. Kosov - Director on geology and licensing of CH-Oil&Gaz LLC. Born in 1957 in Moscow. Graduated from geological department of Gubkin's Moscow Institute of Gas, Oil and Chemical  Industry, as well as mechanical and mathematical department of Lomonosov's Moscow State University. Within 1995-2002  held different posts in UKOS structures. Before working in CH-Oil&Gaz  held executive posts in GasOil LLC and scientific and industrial
center Geoseiscontrol. Candidate of technical sciences. Possesses sufficient industrial, scientific and research experience.

Anatoly A. Grosh - Deputy Director General  on general issues of CH-Oil&Gaz LLC. Born in 1959 in Pochany village, Lvovskaya region, Ukraine. Graduated from Plekhanov's Leningrad Mine Institute.  Before working  in CH-Oil&Gaz was the head of Moscow Instrumental Factory MANOMETR,  and also held executive posts in ALFA-ECO LLC,  OJSC Nizhnevartovskneftegaz.

Evgenia Y. Yudina - Director on Finances of CH-Oil&Gaz LLC. Born in 1980 in Moscow. Graduated with honours from Russian Economic Academy named by G.V.Plekhanov, candidate of economic sciences.  Possesses wide experience in the field of economy and finances.Since 2006 has been working in ALLTECH Group with oil and gas projects.

Stanislav E. Abramov - Director LNG Project Development of CH-Oil&Gaz LLC. Graduated from Leipzig and New York Universities with Bachelor degrees in Economics and Finance, and Columbia University with Master’s degree in International Energy Management and Policy. Has been active in LNG consulting and business development within leading oil-and-gas and consultancy firms from United States, UK, and Russian Federation.
