In 2007, ALLTECH Group acquired 100% of MTK LLC shares. At the moment of MTK integration into the Group, it had four licenses for geologic exploration of hydrocarbon in the following: Mukuisko-Engidinsky, Bugarinsky, Yuzhno-Velminsky and Chandashiminsky in North-Enisey regoin of Krasnoyarsky Krai. The license for geologic exploration and production of hydrocarbon in Verkhnepitsky area was acquired in December 2007 in the contest held by the Ministry of Natural Resources. MTK Company is registered in Krasnoyarsky Krai.

The Company’s assets in Eastern Siberia
According to Russian classification, total hydrocarbon resources of 5 licensed areas are evaluated as 101,5 bcm and 89,8 million metric tons of oil. The audit carried out by DeGolyer&Naughton gave the most probable evaluation of the hydrocarbon resources as for oil - 48,5 mln tons and for gas – 19,19 bcm (8,534 mln tons of oil and 4,448 bcm of gas with respect to geological and economic risks typical of this region in the Eastern Siberia).

MTK is active in performing geologic exploration. In February 2009, exploratory drilling of “Vaividinskaya 1” well discovered an oil deposit. Results of drilling proofed presence of oil-and-gas in the search area. The extracted reserves of categories С1+С2 are equal to 13 mln tons of oil.
