Since 2007 Pacific Oil Resources is successfully developing the oil and gas facilities. The Company assets are accumulated in the three most well-developed  oil production areas of Sakhalin, where the Company carries out surveys and production.

The regional office of the Company in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk coordinates production activities in the region.

Nekrasovskaya area. This subsoil area is located in Okhtinsky region of Sakhalin Island. The license for geologic exploration and production of hydrocarbons expires in 2032. The reserves amount to: by gas – 598 mln cub m, by oil – 438 thous. tons; the resources amount to: by gas – 1,117 mln cub m, by oil – 786.2 thous. tons, and by gas condensate - 52.2 thous. tons. Currently, historical and geological materials are revised, the programs of geologic exploration and prospecting are approved. The following technical works were performed at the field: power supply line was constructed, intrafield and external roads were reconstructed.

Severo-Ekhabinsky area. The subsoil area is located in Okhinsky region of Sakhalin Island. The license for geologic exploration and production of hydrocarbons expires in 2032. The reserves amount to: by gas – 621 mln cub m, by oil – 54 thous. tons; the resources amount to: by gas - 2 mln cub m, by oil – 1,500 tons. At present, exploratory drilling plan is developed.

Prizalivnaya area. The subsoil area is located in Nogliksky region of the Island. The license for geologic exploration and production of hydrocarbons expires in 2033. The reserves amount to: by gas – 1,060 mln cub m, by oil – 8.6 mln tons. The program of geologic exploration and surveys is developed, the access road is constructed, the drilling rig 3D 76 is erected, and the first exploratory drilling is begun.

According to DeGolyer&McNaughton audit, total hydrocarbon resources of three licensed areas amount to: by gas – 0.35 Bcm, and by oil and condensate by grade 2P – 6.54 mln tons.
